I sought legal representation with Hamlin Nieman & Wright, P.C. because I had a complex legal situation that involved a deactivated limited partnership, which partially owned a property in NJ that we wanted to sell. The property had a clouded title and numerous personal and business owners who were not all on the same page and one was missing. So a land partition was likely needed.
