Hall-Mark Premier Cleaning

I have had such a struggle finding a reliable cleaning service. With running a family and a business and going to school a cleaning service was supposed to make my life easier and that was absolutely not the case until I hired Hall-Mark. The cleaners are on time, professional, and most importantly the quality doesn't dwindle as time goes on. Every cleaning service I have had starts out great and then taking my money becomes more of a priority than cleaning.

Hall-Mark has finally given me peace of mind. Their management has kept contact with me to make sure their services are alway top-notch (which has been consistently flawless from the start) and their employees have become a part of this family. Hall-Mark has made such an impact in my life with their consistency and its made my work life and family life much better.

I was recently let go from hallmark premier cleaning yesterday at 730, 30 minutes before I was supposed to be at work. in the email they stated something about my attendance, customer complaints, and my towels that we use to clean clients house.
Regarding my attendance, when I started I told my supervisor at the time that I go on a vacation with my family every year, which I did end up attending without pto but I requested off, the next time I was off my grandfather was dying in the hospital and I had to travel to see him before he passed, Another time I had tonsillitis and had to take off because I can't clean someones house being sick due to being contagious, I also have reoccurring doctors appointments every Friday fro 2-3 they asked if I could schedule any later but thats the latest app my doctor has.
There have been several times I would be at a house for 6 hours...

The cleaning is great and professional.

The employees were prompt, cautious , and pleasant to be around. They were always working steadily. They came in well informed of what was to do done and the location of materials. Everything I have noticed had been done to my satisfaction.
The one thing I feel could be done better is thel initial agreement of cost and work and the final cost for the work performed.
