Beth was wonderful in scheduling our service appointment for the same day we called. She was caring and took good care of us. Anthony came out promptly and, in fact, he came earlier which was great. He did a quality job fixing our garage door. He was pleasant, professional and gave top notch service. I would highly recommend Halcyon Overhead door to anyone needing a garage door or needing a garage door repair. Halcyon Overhead Door is a 10 out of 10.

We used Halcyon to replace our home garage door opener. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and they arrived on time. We were shocked and very pleased to hear how quiet our new opener was after installation. It was such a huge difference from our previous model. We also love all the features it offers in the app. It gives us great peace of mind when we think we may have left the door open after driving away from the house. We had a great experience with Halcyon and would use them again for any garage door needs!

Don't go to these guys - there are several other reliable garage door companies in San Jose. We had a horrible experience with their Manager John and their scheduler Beth. They left us hanging for weeks. Rather than fixing a simple problem he wanted to charge us $1,350 for an easy $200 repair. We really needed their help and they could have cared less.

These Guys are a really good, honest Business. They quoted me right over the phone on the cost of a Spring Repair for my Garage Door. This is key as some Services won't quote you over the phone and they try to play on the fact that your stuck and will quote a ridiculous price when they get to your home. Don't fall for it, a reputable repair service like Halycon will quote you right over the phone, no BS. The Spring size can vary a little, but you can measure your Spring and tell them over the phone. The labor cost is fixed, they know exactly what it costs to install them.
It turned out that my Door is a heavy Carriage style door, two guys can't lift it without Springs in place, so it requires a larger Spring than typical Doors. Anthony was the Service Technician that came out, he was excellent, and let me listen to his call back to the office to locate the right Springs....
