Shopping for a replacement built in microwave. On the way to Hahn’s I also checked Lowes, Best Buy and Home Depot. It was hard to get help, and then they didn’t have the size and brand that I wanted. GE Profile 2.2cu Ft. Hahn’s employees greeted me and got a salesman (Eddie) to help me. They had the microwave in stock in the color, size and brand. We have purchased from Hahn several times in the past. On 9/06/2022, we had decided to take a look at 2 GE Slide in Ranges. We left to look at Home Depot since they had the same Ranges around the same price. Unfortunately, we didn’t speak to anyone there and decided to go back to Hahn. On 9/07/2022 we went back to Hahn to get the range. On the previous day Cid didn’t inform us that you only had one of the GE Slide in ranges. The Range we wanted, Cid told us that it could take 6 months to a year to get it. So we had to get the other range. We would have preferred our first choice. If Cid had told us you didn’t have our first choice we would have bought at Home Depot. The next time we will make sure you have what we want before buying. Read more >

Sales person was great only complaint would be the lack of available inventory but that isn't Hahn's fault it's a problem gloThen.

3rd visit and I will continue to be a repeat customer. Different sales person but still great service. Still has some availability issues but again Hahns is not the producer they have no control over global supply chains. Read more >

Salesman are knowledgeable but not pushy. If you have a question, they will answer it and then help with anything else. However they do not hover and try influence you one way or the other. Read more >
