Very nice place to do business with. Jerry Dirickson (Salesman) was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Customer service desk was equally as pleasant. We did “pick-up” and the guys at the warehouse met us at the dock and got us loaded up & out of there fast. Will definitely do business here again.

So far so good.. Washer and dryer will arrive on the 5th of January. They'll only hook up the dryer in my apartment. Not sure if I'll need to pay the apartment maintenance crew to hook up the washer yet. Get the keys tomorrow afternoon. Might have to do it myself. 2nd floor installation kind of expensive, bringing the total cost to about the Home Depot price. Saved about $100, but if I have to buy stuff to hook them up it'll be a wash. Giving them 5 🌟 because they can deliver them a week or so sooner than the Depot.

At least (I hope) they'll remove them from the boxes and haul them away. Also will need to get the better steel braded water hoses from Home Depot. $20 extra if you live in a house, won't even sell them to you in an apartment.

Jessy was great! Found exactly what I wanted without even having to go I. To the Store. Scheduled me promptly for install and took care of the whole transaction. We will see how the install goes next week….but I expect a good experience
