First I knew what sort of appliance I was interested in. I entered the store, no one greeted me. I was left alone to wander the store to find the type of appliance I was interested in. After I found the section. When I has questions I sought out an employee in sight behind a desk. He was pleasant and answered my question. I interrupted him three times when he asked if I had a sales agent? To which I responded no. So he was kind enough to find one for me. Buy the time the agent was there to help me I had decided on the model I wanted. He took me to a terminal and reccomended an extended warranty. He was polite and mistyped my invoice. The escorted me to the cashiers desk where the mistake was noticed and corrected.
Overall a successful experience. My item is due to be delivered 7/3.
