Outstanding service.... The process had an extra few steps for online purchase however, every single employee I communicated with was well on effort and respect. I am vert pleased to purchase a washer dryer set from Hahn's Appliance.
When i started initially it was online. I looked on their website then messaged a person via chatbox and asked about how soon i could get a washer dryer set. Within minutes the online support rep was able to inform me of inventory back orders and recommend me a brand they had "In Stock" at the same price. ❤❤❤ So i paid online went to the main store with my information the very next day!!!! Then navigated to warehouse where they loaded my washer and dryer in less the 5 minutes. I am so very pleased with how customer service is with Hahn's Appliance.
