I made a purchase on May 27th and still have not received my product!! I called on June 10th to let them know that I was ready to schedule installation and was told that the factory was missing a part; best estimated date for it being in the warehouse was June 21st. Called to inquire on June 21st @ 3:52 p.m.; left a message for the salesperson who helped me....no call back!! Perhaps I should cancel the order?

Moving on from that, I spoke to Phillip, the mgr at the location I shop, who managed to get Joshua, the salesperson who had helped me, to call me. Shortly after Joshua and I spoke I was added to the delivery schedule on Friday, 06/28. Tyler and Cliff delivered and installed my purchase early in their window of 8a to Noon....which was GREAT!!...
