Walked in , was met with a friendly sales person. She checked inventory, (gas dryer) typed in my information, I bought the 5 yr warranty, if I don’t use in 5 yrs I get it back in store credit. She scheduled delivery, installation, pick up for a nominal fee. Walked me to payment desk. I was in store for less than thirty min. I chose Hahn over big box store because of inventory, they had it in stock. Installation- big box doesn’t do installation of gas anymore, and delivery fee was competitive and includes everything I need for new install.
