We needed a new dryer and we are repeat customers of Hahn. We price check and usually have 3 places to look before making a final decision based on price and since most places offer to match we always choose Hahn because of our overall experience there. This time we needed to make our purchase quickly and we called Hahn and we were able to set everything up over the phone with a salesperson and he was great- I wish I remembered his name! The only issue was that we could not get a delivery until 2 weeks!
