We were greeted at the door and through out the store. Our sales rep price comped our washer. Plan to go back for dryer and other appliances �

The people were helpful, the prices were fair and they worked to accommodate what we wanted within our price points.

My experience was great in the store. The problem is with your warranty company. Hahn's does not service where I live so the warranty company contracts out to a guy named Frank Gallagher from Frank's Appliance. This man is horrible. He never fixes anything, lies to the warranty company about the job being complete and he never returns your calls. He guesses about the problem without troubleshooting and because of his incompetence I ended up having to replace 2 of my appliances that was only 4 years old. This man needs to be removed as the contractor, if not I will be giving a bad review of Hahn's Appliance for all the horror I had to go through to get 4 appliances (who were purchased at the same time and went down at the same time from Hahn's) repaired.

Not many appliance warehouses in the Oklahoma City area so you get what you get. Decent prices though and good selection.

The appliance manager was extremely helpful in our search for a new washer and dryer. He had not only a great knowledge of all the appliances and brands, but he also had a very wonderful personality. I would highly recommend going there for any of your appliance needs.
