My purchase experience and delivery experience were excellent. I discovered shortly after the delivery guys left that there was something that looked like rust in the bottom of my new washer and the response from Hahn was pretty lacking. On my 3rd attempt to talk to someone (and 4 days later) I called and spoke with a manager and he did explain that they were waiting on a response from Speed Queen. While I do understand that Speed Queen has been slow to respond, it would have been much better if Hahn had called and told me what was going on.
