Hahn Appliance Oklahoma City

This is now my only go-to appliance place, let me tell you why. Last year, they supplied me with a great gas cooktop. I was able to pick it up that day and they had a more than ample selection of cooktops to choose from. So this year, the dishwasher went out. I went online and located one of many many to choose from at Hahn, and then paid and booked delivery over the phone. (And they were able to give me a substantial discount.) Well, then my husband was able to repair ours. I was able to call Hahn and cancel (ours was already on the truck for delivery, by the way). They did not even charge me any sort of restock fee or anything but refunded all my money and reassured me that when I needed the dishwasher they were there for me. The heating coil on my Samsung dryer went out for a second time within a year, so I was looking to get a new dryer. I couldn’t get one in less than two weeks from Lowe’s so I called Hahn’s that morning and was picking up a new Electrolux 8.0 cu ft dryer by 4pm that day (and I live 2 hours away). Called ahead and the salesman greeted me when I walked into the store. He showed me a few options different from the one I’d looked at online and I ended up with a bigger capacity dryer that took up less space than the one I had previously looked at. And he gave it to me for a better price than listed. Pick up was easy as they loaded it into my truck and even fastened the tie downs for me. My purchase experience and delivery experience were excellent. I discovered shortly after the delivery guys left that there was something that looked like rust in the bottom of my new washer and the response from Hahn was pretty lacking. On my 3rd attempt to talk to someone (and 4 days later) I called and spoke with a manager and he did explain that they were waiting on a response from Speed Queen. While I do understand that Speed Queen has been slow to respond, it would have been much better if Hahn had called and told me what was going on.
