We came to browse appliances for our new construction and left with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and vent hood thanks to the excellent sales experience we had with Jerry. I believe we got great prices but I would have paid a premium for the knowledge and service provided by Jerry. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive model or brand, his suggestions were based on what we needed and his knowledge about the various appliances was immense. We left not only sold on the appliances that we purchased but also on Hahns.

I only recently purchased a stack-able front-loading washer and dryer combo for a new Condo I just moved into. My experience so far has been great. I wanted to give a special mention to the salesman, Adam I believe (Lots of Star Wars collectibles on his desk), who was great helping me pick out the right set. Also a BIG shout out to the 2 delivery drivers who deserve a raise for the installation they did. Very professional, on time, and they both went the extra mile to get the set put in. Both Jerome and Aaron were amazing. Make sure these guys get recognized. Overall, completely satisfied. Thanks to the whole team!

Our sales person was Josh. We wanted the floor model because we had traveled 3 hours to buy a fridge and it was the only one in the size we needed. He made it happen. Also when we got home we realized a shelf was missing so on our next trip to OKC we stopped in to see about ordering it. Josh greeted us and found the shelf in stock and sent us home happy! Couldn't ask for better customer service.

We had several unfortunate events with install, however Allen the manager worked with me the whole way through to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the finished product. He made it super easy and accommodating to get the job finished correctly. I’d definitely shop here again and recommend them to others.
