Friday Nov 13, 2020, OKC, OK. When the first salesman informed us that he didn’t have the item(s) we requested in inventory, he wondered off. After waiting a short while, I approached Mr. Chris Fawcett hard at work at the front desk. Mr. Fawcett immediately dropped what he was doing to assist us. Our new washer and dryer are scheduled to be delivered and installed in January 2021. Furthermore, Mr. Hahn sold us the extended warranty, something we rarely purchase. After the deal was done, we stayed around and shopped for an additional 30 minutes. We love Hahn Appliance Warehouse and especially your employee, Mr. Chris Fawcett. As Hahn was recommended to us, we will recommend Hahn to others.
