Hahn Appliance Oklahoma City

I had been looking on the website looking for a refrigerator and I found one. So I called the store to get help making the purchase. The lady I spoke with Danielle said she was with another customer finishing up their sale and would I mind her calling me back and I said not at all. It wasn't maybe 20 minutes later and she called me back and we were able to get my order placed and she said when it came in that she would call me back and we would set up a delivery date and time. She did let me know that it probably wouldn't be in until sometime in March and I said that's fine and then she also let me know the delivery was also about 2wks behind and I told her it wasn't a problem at all. Danielle was extremely kind and helpful and maybe me feel good about my purchase.

Fast, helpful and friendly service

Ordered online and that went well. Delivery crew was excellent. They had to remove the doors of both refrigerators to get them through a tight spot, there weren’t even smudges on the refrigerator when they were finished.

We walked in the store having done research already but wanting to see products. Salesman met us soon after we walked in and explained the layout of the store after finding out why we were there. He left us to shop for a while. He came back about 20 minutes later and answered all of our questions and we were able to pick out a washer/dryer set. We were out of the store in less than an hour on Saturday! We even looked a little at freezers. The salesman had worked for the company for >30 years and he was very nice and helpful. We’ll go back.

Excellent showroom display and selection. Sales Associate, Danielle, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions. We purchased an oven due to kitchen remodel and plan to purchase additional appliances soon. Great purchase experience.

Not everything was marked with a price but we did get help from the salespersonwho was very friendly. Our purchase wont be delivered for 2 weeks which is annoying but not fatal.
