I had been looking on the website looking for a refrigerator and I found one. So I called the store to get help making the purchase. The lady I spoke with Danielle said she was with another customer finishing up their sale and would I mind her calling me back and I said not at all. It wasn't maybe 20 minutes later and she called me back and we were able to get my order placed and she said when it came in that she would call me back and we would set up a delivery date and time. She did let me know that it probably wouldn't be in until sometime in March and I said that's fine and then she also let me know the delivery was also about 2wks behind and I told her it wasn't a problem at all. Danielle was extremely kind and helpful and maybe me feel good about my purchase.
