Ryan provided excellent service by communicating updates and answers to questions we had. He was fair and honest, even pointing out that we overpaid and we are getting a refund.

So far very pleased with our shopping experience. Our sales associate, Evan Lee, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We did not feel pressured but she was available for our questions. Will definitely shop her again as our appliances slowly need replaced. The stove is scheduled to be delivered next week and I anticipate everything will go well.

We had had trouble with our refrigerator ice maker and had service come and work on it on two different occasions. It still wasn’t working. The refrigerator was only a year and a half old. My husband called extended Warrenty person and finally ended up talking with Guy, at the OKC showroom/ warehouse. Guy is the resolutions person. In short, we were able to pick out a new refrigerator with credit fir what we paid for the one that didn’t work. When I went in to pick out new fridge, Jerry Dickerson, helped me and was awesome as usual. We have bought at least 7 appliances from Jerry over the years. He’s our go to guy. We really like Hahn’s. Thank you Guy, and thank you Jerry!

I have a narrow refrigerator space and can only fit 34 inch wide refrigerator. Ryan helped me find a refrigerator that would work in my space that I loved, only issue is it’s not in stock at this time. I’m on a wait list and if my refrigerator fully quits before this one can be delivered I can get my money back. I’m hoping I don’t have to settle for what is in stock and can get the one I really want. Peace of mind knowing I can get my money back if needed

Better prices and newest appliances. Great customer service that will be honest about brands and recommendations. Just hoped for a bundle discount but prices were still lower then most store even without it.

Matt was such a great help. We tried other stores in the metro, but Hahns really know what they are taking about. They answered all of our questions and helped us get the washer and dryer that worked for us!!
