We had done a lot a research online and narrowed down our electric range selection but wanted to go to the store to lay eyes on it. We asked about purchasing the range, but they did not have one in stock. So we made a couple of stops at other stores to try to find one in stock and were unable to do so. We then went back online and placed our order. The next day we got an email from Hahn’s with an offer for a free upgrade to another stove in that same model line - a $300 value. That stove was already on order and would arrive much quicker than the one we initially ordered. So overall - VERY pleased with our shopping experience and customer service. Thank you Hahn’s!!!
