I had an overall great experience shopping at Hahn Appliance Warehouse. It was nice not having a sale person breathing down my neck. The only negative I saw was the lack of ‘Sold Out’ signs on appliances that were sold out or on back order. Perhaps adding a Back Order sign to the appliances that are unavailable would make for an overall smoother shopping experience, although that would prevent sales people from trying to upsell. I came in knowing what I wanted to buy from a previous trip but my intel was absolutely incorrect because of the back order situation. I will be in the market for a new refrigerator soon and I will most likely be shopping at Hahn, I do hope that by that time the appliances that are unavailable will be marked as such.
