Cid was awesome, incredibly knowledgeable about the refrigerators, helpful in mentioning things that I hadn’t thought about, and not overbearing. He explained the pros and cons of a few specific units I was interested in and then did not just stand there and hover over me. Thanks a bunch!!

I had a great experience shopping for a new gas stove at Hahn's on Reno in OKC. I also went to Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy and Metropolitan Appliance Warehouse. Best experience by far was at Hahn's and the worst experience was at Metro Whse where no one approached me during the 20 minutes I was there. Ditto with Best Buy. The older man at Home Depot couldn't answer a basic question about their extended warranty and couldn't be bothered to find out. Lowe's staff was helpful but couldn't match Hahn's internet price. I talked to Hahn's mgr, George, and salesman Philip who were especially helpful but Hahn's email response was impressive too because it was so fast. Even the woman answering the phone was helpful. When I placed an online order with Hahn's I typed in the wrong model number and needed to cancel it. I couldn't afford the higher priced model I actually wanted. Hahn's let me...

I don't know how it could have been any better. The salespeople definitely were not hovering and were available when we needed them. They were more than just helpful to make a sale. Our salesperson was able to take us to a model that we were looking at that was already plugged in and being used by the employees. We were looking for a refrigerator and he was able to show us the different types of ice and other features on a unit that was already plugged in which was very helpful.

I then asked several more complicated questions that he was able to either answer them directly or find the answers. He was very helpful and even was able to provide a system insight as to the ordering and delivery process as far as timelines.

Great service, pricing, etc. We ordered a new washer & dryer. Our older home is wired funky, which wasn't allowing power to the dryer. We thought the dryer was DEA...everyone involved at Hahn's really went above and beyond to get us taken care of! Including attaching a new power cord wired correctly for our old house, and redelivering the next day!
Jerry (Reno location) was our sales person. If you need advice and help with selection...he really knows his stuff!

Only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star was because I stood by a washer and dryer for 30 min before I got help. Other than that they would have gotten a 5 star
