Shopping in store was a really good experience. Sales people were helpful but not overwhelming, they allowed us to shop without hovering over us.
Delivery and installation were on time and completed in a timely manner. One thing that would have been better was if the installation people had put covers/booties over their shoes and laid plastic down to bring in the appliance instead of just walking into the house and onto the carpeting.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable professional! The store has great selection and the best prices we found anywhere. We purchased a new Miele dishwasher and at the time they offered free delivery and installation on this particular unit. The installation guys were on time and did a professional job of the installation. They even hauled off our old unit at no extra charge!
