Came in to OKC location to find a specific refrigerator & freezer. Chad was very helpful and honest, which I appreciate. Gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision possible and just went above & beyond. No pressure at all. Very impressed with the selection and layout of this store. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I will have to wait 3-6 months for my appliances to come in.

When I walked in and I was not pressured by any sales people which I like that. A gentleman by the name of Jerry walked over in the area where I was very informational and very knowledgeable he made my shopping experience they’re good. So I did purchase a refrigerator but it will not be delivered until October 25. So I am just waiting on it to be delivered and my old one hauled off. Thank you have a great day.

Very easy smooth process.

Their service and selection is great. They actually have things in stock unlike other retailers. They offer a military discount so we will defiantly be using them again for future purchases. Being able to conduct the entire transaction online is great.

Hahn Appliance had several Dryers in my price range and all were in stock. Friendly people and was in and out in a short amount of time. Easy to get to the distribution center to pick up the dryer. Great experience.

Outstanding customer service.
Alan the store manager took it upon his self to replace a double oven we were having issues with. No details needed, just know they stood behind the product.
Also Chris our sales rep super informative and knowledgeable of products. I would recommend Hahn Appliance.

From the time I walked into Hahn Appliance and until they delivered my Maytag washer and dryer I was treated great! I don’t have not one complaint.
