I was in and out 20 minutes and purchased exactly what I wanted.

We've shopped with Hahn twice now and both experiences have been great. First was just before Thanksgiving 2020 and our fridge decided to stop cooling. Obviously, we were on a time crunch and the sales lady over the phone was very helpful in finding what we wanted/needed without us having to come in. Sadly, I don't recall her name, but she was wonderful. Then, the two guys who delivered it were outstanding and got it in here and the old one out much easier and quicker (and with less damage) than any other place we'd ever shopped with (looking at you, HD, L's, & BB). I ordered a dishwasher through HD a month and a half ago and that was a huge fiasco, so I sent it back and ordered one through Hahn.
