I’m honestly surprised at the negative reviews from the last 6 months. My accident was in summer of 2016, and it was my company (Geico) against my company (Geico). Of course, you know that was an uphill battle! However, I’ve never had an issue with getting in touch with my attorney, which was Bruce’s son - Matt. He’s very thorough, and when we didn’t agree on how to proceed, Bruce called and explained further to make sure we were all on the same page. They went to bat for me and got the insurance company to settle for more than 4xs med bills! 👍🏼 Communication is the key to everything! This law firm helped my partner Sherri so much after a car accident we were involved in and I just wanted to personally offer my gratitude toward their attorneys and staff. Kendrick, Bruce, and everyone at the office were so patient and helpful. We were very hesitant to even get a lawyer after the car wreck as we had the negative impression that the attorneys are the problem and we didn't want to be associated with an industry you see on television all the time, but after having such a hard time getting medical bills paid we realized that it is the insurance companies (versus the lawyers) who are the problem.
