Varun is very professional and helpful. I am dealing with them for the last couple of years. No complaints. Today I went to fix my broken glasses. Varun immediately took care of my request without appointment. Simran is also very helpful and polite. I would recommend my family and friends to visit them and enjoy their services.

I purchased one frame for my son from clear optical in January. Accidentally its broken in August. I have the original purchased receipt and contacted the store for claim . They assured me that they will contact the supplier and there will be compensation. They contacted me in within two weeks and informed that new frame is arrived and ready for pick up . Point is that you may get less price shops also but after sales service is not that much good for everyone. Really thankful to clear optical and highly recommended them .

I would like to say a special thank you to this location. I had a very expensive pair of glasses that was missing one screw. They went over and above to put the screw in and did not even charge me and I did not purchase the glasses from here thank you again for the kind service.

I'm very happy with the prompt and professional service. My glasses are great: progressives can sometimes have a very narrow field of view if they are not ordered correctly, but mine are just right.

I broke one arm of my glasses frame and came here for help. Varun was incredibly helpful and ordered the same replacement frame, which I’m really grateful for.

There was a minor issue during the lens transfer which was handled by someone else. While mistakes can happen, what really matters is how they’re addressed - and Varun stepped in and replaced the damaged lens without hesitation. His professionalism and accountability truly made all the difference.

The owner and staff at the brampton location are beyond helpful. Not only with service but patience as well, they have saved my sight now on multiple occasion.
