Casey always does a great job keeping our home as pest free as possible. If I ever do see a bug or spider in or around our home, it is DEAD:). Thank you Guardian!

They came once, and had no affect on the spiders around the house. They billed us for the treatment which was fine, we let them know that there was no affect and asked them to come again. We have not seen them since. The nightmare is they sent our file to collections even though they have our credit card number and we have never disputed and payments.

Bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

We have been customers of Guardian for over 5 years. Paul has always been friendly, thorough, and on time. After finding a black widow in our garage today, I promptly called Guardian. The soonest opening they had was in two days, I took the opening but felt uneasy with a baby and small dog in my house. I called Paul's cell phone and told him about our spider. He went out of his way to come to my house within 2 hours, used tweezers to pluck the black widow out of a hole it had buried in, and squashed it. He sprayed the rest of my garage just to be safe and will be coming back during my scheduled appointment in 2 days to do the rest of my house. As long as Paul works for Guardian, I'll be a customer for life.

I have had Guardian Pest Control treat my home and yard for several years. I am very satisfied with the service we have received. Paul is friendly and fast. Whenever I have a concern, I get a prompt response from customer service.

Guardian has horrible customer care. Could not care less about their customer. If you have an issue with something, they tell you to move along to the next Pest Control company. In this day and age - with a pest control ad on every corner... you would think they would count each customer and show them proper respect. Wouldn't choose these guys again, ever!

Greg visited us today for treating our home. Instead of just treating and leaving the premise he actually talked to me and asked for any problems we have at our home. I told him that we are hearing some weird sounds in our attic for the past one week, he was so courteous to climb our attic and checking it thoroughly for any rodent/mice traits. We are very much happy after Greg told us that he din't found any mouse/rodent traits and it could be a bird. He offered to come back and check it again if we listen the sound again. I found him dedicated and service oriented and we are very happy to have Greg for our pest control needs. Overall Guardian has very good professionals and we are glad that we signed up with Guarding for our Pest Control needs.

Have come several times for different problems. Very helpful. Have even stopped by when in the neighborhood just to check on everything. Very happy with their service.

We live in Alpine. The west side of our home always gets the sun and the box elder bugs! We seemed to have an infestation this fall! That side of our home is floor to ceiling windows and the bugs were getting inside by the dozens! It was disgusting! So I called Guardian Pest and they sent out a technician on Monday. He sprayed my windows a little bit. To no effect I must say. I'm sorry I didn't get his name because I don't want him returning. My regular technician is Casey and he is absolutely wonderful. Casey, thankfully, came back out the next Thursday and actually TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM as best as his resources would allow. Kodoos to Casey. Jared Winkel (technician) with Guardian Pest Control is awesome! We have used pest control services for years and he (along with Guardian) are the best around.

We originally started with a small local company (I like buying local when I can) and they were almost immediately sold to a large national chain. We then switched to another small local company, which ended up getting sold to the same national chain - it's my understanding this is the business model for most of these small companies (buyer be ware). After having that happen twice, we decided to give the large national chain a chance - big mistake.
