Ben is our technician. He is always very thorough and is very helpful and respectful. When I have questions, he answers them thoroughly and kindly. He always reminds me that if anything was missed or if a problem should arise I should call the office and they will send him out. Ben goes the extra mile and attends to the areas I have special concerns about. I am very pleased with the fact that ants have not returned to our home and we are bug free within the house. I am also pleased that the company has the attitude of building a barrier around our home to keep the bugs out, but does not spread out into the yard and destroy the home of the insects which have a right to live on the earth. the rat and mice situation in our greater neighborhood has also been abated within our property lines. I am very appreciative. Ben checks the bait stations every visit and services the bait...
