Over Promise-Significantly under deliver.

First off, this company has great customer service but the overall experience was not good. This company was the third pest control company we have used since they bought out our last pest control provider. I wish Eco plus was still around! After they would treat the house, for the first few weeks it was great but then it would start to deteriorate BIG time. I know every company offers they will spray as many times as needed but I don't want to have to call them back multiple times between quarterly treatments. With the other pest control companies, I have never had to call them back to re-spray for spiders and earwigs. Not so with Guardian. Their products would work great for about 3-4 weeks then the insects would be right back. Very disappointed in their product. When my existing contract that they had bought out from my previous company expired, I did not renew and they will not be...

My husband and I love having a bug- and spider-free home! After the first spray, we saw a few dead black widows that must have been hiding out near our garage. I also appreciate that they will take care of voles without charging more.

They are great! They arrive on time, and are friendly and courteous. Their services work great, we've been a customer for at least 7 years now, and plan to stay!
