Guardian Pest Control

I initially worked with this company several years ago, had some issues, and they promptly resolved them. This led to me changing my review and I've since recommended them to my friends & family. Unfortunately, I've again had a bad experience and there won't be a third chance.

They did half a job, only spraying the outside of the house, which is NOT what my contract states. They had to come back to spray the inside of the house, and within 30 days of THAT spray, we had a crazy ant problem. They charged to come re-spray the inside, even though it was within the 30-day time frame, because they insisted on holding me to the date of the first spray, which was only half the job.

When I explained this, I was told that if I want to "never see ants" then I needed to be sprayed 4x a year. Nice try for the up-sale, but I'd rather not work with a company...

I have used three different pest control companies. This company listens to their customers needs and are so respectful. They are honest and fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need. You don't need to bother looking elsewhere.

Scott was wonderful. Very honest and helpful. Definitely looked out for our best interest. Very satisfied.

We love guardian pest control! We have used them for the last 5 years and I honestly don't have one complaint. I love that Jay comes to my house every time, it's easy to access someone with questions or to set up an appointment, and we barely see bugs now that we have had regular applications. I would reccomend them to everyone!

Jameson did a great job. He was very respectful and happy to answer all our questions. He was thorough in his explanations and was very courteous, particularly while working inside our home.

I have been with Guardian Pest Control for 10+ years. I just wanted to let you know how much I love our new technician, Scott. He is the best technician we have ever had. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. When he did our house, he paid particular attention to what I was telling him, and really explained things to me. Then, when he was doing our neighbor's house across the street on our off month, he checked on us to see how we were doing and to make sure that our problem was being fixed. Although I should, it is not often that I take the time to sit down and write a note of thanks to a company. But in this case, it just had to be done. Thanks, Scott!!!

Very quick with their responses and getting me an appointment. So nice knowing that my wasp nest is gone and they even found one we didn't know about and removed it. They came quickly and sprayed everywhere thoroughly. I hope I don't have to call them again because I don't want wasps/spiders coming next year ha but Guardian will be the first company I call if I do need to have my house sprayed. Highly recommended, fair pricing with discounts too.
