I initially worked with this company several years ago, had some issues, and they promptly resolved them. This led to me changing my review and I've since recommended them to my friends & family. Unfortunately, I've again had a bad experience and there won't be a third chance.
They did half a job, only spraying the outside of the house, which is NOT what my contract states. They had to come back to spray the inside of the house, and within 30 days of THAT spray, we had a crazy ant problem. They charged to come re-spray the inside, even though it was within the 30-day time frame, because they insisted on holding me to the date of the first spray, which was only half the job.
When I explained this, I was told that if I want to "never see ants" then I needed to be sprayed 4x a year. Nice try for the up-sale, but I'd rather not work with a company...
