I will NEVER use Guardian Pest again! They came out 3 times to fix the problem and each time it was never resolved. I had to pay another pest company to fix what Guardian Pest never did🤦🏽‍♀️ I kept calling them and telling them the ants are still coming back in full force now and theu kept saying “it’s the process”. And since we were going through the virus pandemic we were worried about their technician coming in to the home, they reassured us he would wear gloves and feet protection, none of that happened. He only had a mask on. And they made us feel like we were the crazy ones not understanding the ant issues. Since I’ve gotten the other company to fix the ant and spider issues we’ve never had any problems with ants and spiders since! Guardian Pest made my problems worst or never fixed it at all.

I've had Gaurdian Pest Control for over a year now. Andrew is an awesome technician. He is very polite and professional and does a great job. He has even come out a few times in between schedule appointments to help kill some spiders we had. I would highly recommend Guardian to anyone looking to get rid of bugs and spiders.

I have had Guardian Pest for 2+ years and have plans to never switch. Justin has been our service tech from the beginning and I cannot day enough good about him. He goes above and beyond and ALWAYS makes sure I feel happy and safe with the treatments. He knows us all by name, is incredibly kind, and has even waited for me when I slept in and missed the knock on the door. I live in an extremely buggy home with lots of mature vegetation. I have no issues with bugs or rats or snails or any other nasty things I hope to keep out (my neighbors all have issues with all of those!) Thank you Justin and Guardian Pest!

I used Guardian Lawn Service for three years. We did some landscaping and wanted to preserve our new lawn. The first year seemed to go well. The gentleman who did my lawn always called afterwards and shared his observations and recommendations. The second year I noticed my lawn less green and vibrant. I called and let them know what I was seeing with weeds and my lawns look. They said they would do a reapplication the next week. I called twice that year (2018) about the same issue. In 2019 my lawn looked a little worse and I called to let them know. They said they would spend a little more time on it to insure it bounced back from the previous winter. As 2019 went on my lawn looked worse with a lime green look to it and patches opening up. Today was my first service for Interior and Exterior Pest Prevention while addressing a backyard Vole issue I have. Tyler was awesome when setting up the visit while going over what it covered very well. Victor was the Service Technician who came out and was very friendly and professional. I recently started services with Guardian, during my 2nd visit my technician was Victor. He exceeded my expectations. He explained everything to me thoroughly what to expect and how the product worked. He answered all my questions, was friendly and kind and most importantly listened and paid extra attention to the problem areas in my home that I pointed out. Thank you Victor.
