Guardian Landscape

Guardian replaced an irrigation system that was not functioning correctly from a prior owner's installation. They also installed landscape lighting and two transformers to control the lighting system. Matt did a lot of research on the best system for our lot . We needed one transformer on each side of the house to avoid the need of circling the 3100 sq ft house or digging under the driveway so we could have lighting on both sides of the house and drive. His research saved us money. They did a great job of performing the work and leaving the site look as though it had never been trenched. They worked with us on placement of the lighting and happily moved a couple of lights after we saw them on at night and realized they weren't quite right.

I tried calling for a quote and they’re not going to be available until after the first week of January because they’re going on Christmas break. I said wow that’s like three weeks out there’s nothing before that and she goes I’m sorry that you don’t “understand” but we’re closed during the Christmas break. OK thank you so much lady I do understand and you do not have to be rude. Won’t be calling them again. And as a Veteran I always have been to taught to speak to people as I would like to be spoken to and this lady was far from it.

I recommend Guardian Landscape to everyone I know that needs help with their landscape. We hired them to add artificial turf and rock in our backyard, they also ended up fixing pavers that a different company had done that were already falling apart after only a few months (you get what you pay for!!!).

Matt was very thorough and knowledgeable and he offered ways to help us make the most out of our money. He also was very open and honest with us about the timeline and costs for our project. No bait and switch going on here (we had that happen with a previous landscaper we had hired).

Christian and Mike were assigned to our job and they showed up on time every single morning and stayed all day. They brought their lunches and ate them here, so they never left to go “have lunch” for two hours every day (like previous landscapers and we have hired in the past...

I recommend Guardian. We needed some work on drainage and our driveway. DJ and Mike (I hope I remember their names correctly) came on time and verified what I had initially ordered. Even though they finished early with extra rock they used the time to use the rock up to add to the areas and a little extra accents. The communication is outstanding with this company.

We are incredibly pleased with the landscaping that was done at our home today. The two crew-members were fantastic to deal with, and did an amazing job, exceeding our expectations. We would be happy to recommend Guardian Landscape to anyone, and look forward to working with Guardian in the years to come.

The professional who came to our home to perform the work for us was very thorough with his work and worked through every one of our problems including correcting some work we had done previously that was not done correctly. Our professional was very polite and exuded an attitude of confidence and professionalism which turned out to be warranted. My wife and I were very pleased with the work Guardian Landscape provided. Matt presented a comprehensive landscape plan at a very reasonable cost estimate to do the work. Once the project was scheduled Guardian kept us informed about the start date and time of arrival for the crew. Chris and Todd were courteous, never late and always did a great job of cleaning up the work site at the end of the day. For future landscape projects we will be using Guardian Landscape.
