This company engages in very deceptive billing. After requesting a quote to plant 2 trees, we were told that we would be billed at the rate of $115 per man hour plus materials. We agreed & were told that they would get to us in about 2 weeks. Within a few days they called & said they had another job in our neighborhood the next day so they moved us up. They sent two men & the job took 2 hours. They billed us $696.28 with no explanation of charges. The invoice stated that payment was due immediately so we paid it, but then requested a breakdown of the charges. After one week with no response we made a 2nd request for a breakdown. Three days after the 2nd request they responded as follows:
4 billable hours @ $115 per hour = $632.50 (fuzzy math, huh?)
Material used................................= $37.00
Credit card...

Scotty is so great!! He is so patient and understanding of my Grandmother’s needs. She has a huge yard and took time pointing out many areas she wanted Scotty to focus on. A one hour job turned into a five hour job and Scotty never complained, just told my Grandmother that he wanted her happy. Thank you Scotty and thank you Guardian for employing such great humans!
