I have to be honest that Garr did exactly what they said they would. You just have to follow their instructions to the tee! My score was around 500 something and now I'm easily mid 750's. My gripe isn't about the service per say, but it is about the referral program. I sent my sister and brother in law into them two weeks ago and I would think they would give some kind of incentive for this as I've sent people to them before. Today I get Amy on the phone and her response was we do give incentives if you are still working with us. So I have to go in debt again and use your service and then send people for your incentive program. She said thanks for recommending us though, and of course if you need us in the future come to us. When I tried to call and cancel it, the lady that answered the phone (Amy) was extremely rude and hung up on me, spoke over me the whole time, and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager or supervisor.
