Wouldnt even meet with us in person to exchange paperwork. We had so many questions, doing it all electronically wasnt helping us.
Then, when we do finally get the application back from the underwriter, our last name is spelled incorrectly.
Needless to say, we did not continue with Alex. Maybe is we were looking to mortgage a half million dollar home, he wouldve been more accommodating, but we wanted a 200k house.Just a bad experience all around.
