There needs to be a better way to return documents that require to be printed, signed, and returned since not everyone has a scanner or fax machine. The communication through email was vague and confusing at times - Although Greentree knows what’s required, customers may not so better detail and instructions would be helpful. The last minute prep, requests, and finalization was extremely frustrating and not necessary if better prep and planning had taken place earlier! Alex was helpful and Gina was courteous and helpful over the phone but the email communications have some major opportunities for improvement. Thanks!
