Alex was fantastic to work with! Anytime we had a question or a concern he would email us back within the hour to answer it. Even when we ran into trouble with my financial institution, about releasing the money and what that would do on settlement day, he was there to calm things down and assist us to fix the problem. I could not recommend him or this company more. They really made the house buying process as easy as possible.

Alex at Greentree and his staff were all great. Really on top of things and super responsive. If I called Alex, he would usually pick up. If he didn't he would call me back in a few minutes. Overall, a much better experience than the last time I had to get a mortgage!
