Ron was responsive, on time, and thorough. My carpet looks brand new. He explained everything in great detail, including why my carpet needed some extra services. (It was very dirty and matted with lots of children in my house!) Additionally, we have allergy issues to chemical products. This cleaning left behind no chemical or perfume smell. The scent was just “clean”. Also, there is no soapy or tacky residue left behind. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the job. Totally recommend this company and will use again.
