There are carpet cleaning companies out there and then there is GreenPro Cleaning. I was searching for a company that was green and environmentally friendly with their cleaning process. I didn't want any harsh chemicals in my home or in my carpet. This is one reason this company stands out for me. Another big reason was customer service. Ron did an outstanding job on our carpet but also was very thorough in making sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. Scheduling was very easy and Ron called a couple days before my service to go over my requests and find out additional details about the job. He was very professional and personable like taking care of a friend or family member. I am very satisfied with the results of the cleaning and the manner of professional service given when good customer service is becoming more and more hard to find. I will be using...

We just moved to the area and had a 10 year a cream colored sectional/ottoman in desperate need of a facelift! Mr. Steele was extremely receptive, offered educational material and information so that we could make the best choice in services and in turn, performed a quick, beautiful cleaning on our couch! It looks brand new! Professional, efficient and cost affective; we are so very impressed with how the project turned out!

Ron did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning the carpet in my home- and they look and smell wonderful! He took the time to educate me on the types of products that he uses for the kinds of stains that I needed to be treated, as well as, the importance of aftercare to help keep my carpet looking the best for longer! Thank you Ron for doing such an amazing job!!
