Charged an extra 2000.00 for delivery from a not to exceed bid of 9704. Was told shuttle truck would be 350.00 not 2000.00
We received a not to exceed bid from Green Van Lines to move us from Plano Tx to Bayfield Co on 12/09/2019. Arthur Formin, moving consultant, told us the fee would be no higher than the bid of 9704.98. The only possibility of additional charges would be 350.00 for a shuttle truck if the property was inaccessible for their tractor trailer at delivery. On January 3, 2020 they arrived to load our possessions. After they loaded our possessions I received a call from Jason, their Logistics manager, saying we were way over the estimated amount of goods we had to move. Steve, Grande & Juan showed up on time and were very professional. Steve asked us questions about the move and went over all the fine print with the rate breakdown.

The 3 amigos worked well together like a well oiled machine. We asked them during the move to do a little extra and they were happy to oblige.

great team fast move，will use again

I used this company to move from Florida to Missouri and they talked a good talk but the service was terrible. First of all they stashed all my work clothes in a box with sheets and towels causing major wrinkle and had to take everything to a dry cleaner just to iron them out. Also the pricing of the move kept moving up between the sales person and packers. Ended up paying $200 more that the original price. Luckily the cost was being covered by my employer. Then they delivered the house good 1 week late, poor communication the whole time. Am glad I decided to move early before the job began. Lastly they dumped everything at my new place, right on n the sitting room. They did not reassemble the couch or bed that they had disassembled, not even the side tables that they broke down.
