Pathetic service & communication, delivery was delayed by 10 days. They were not at all responsive and telling me what's happening and where my truck is. At last they delivered, but they broke my book shelf, my computer desk, cloths cupboard. And they misplaced 3 medium boxes, laundry basket. They said they tried recovering them for a week and finally their hands are up.

They underestimated my belongings in video call by $500.

I've decided not to hire any Van Lines in my life, container services like PODS or U-Pack are better then VanLines. U-Pack promised to deliver in 5 days which they did, All my stuff were intact. Which was lacking with Green VanLines. Read more >

Friendly company that is not able to execute. First crew to pack us was awesome. Pray you get Melvin's crew. The second crew didn't show until 11:30a, scratched the wood floors, messed up the wall on the stairs, left early with a "full truck". Fortunately I called Melvin and his crew came and finished since we were leaving the next day.

The "Quote Not To Exceed" is a joke. They came out twice to estimate. We sold a lot of big items, but after they loaded half our house they added almost $3,000 to our cost. We should have refused at that point, but they know they have you at that point.

Setting a delivery date is worthless. They had 4 weeks to set up my delivery which was 2 days ago. I can't get anyone, even the owner, to give me any information on what is happening and a general time frame. Everyone just re-iterates they have up to 14 days... Read more >
