Green Line Vans were responsible for the final and main leg of our out of state move. Our things were sorted into two destinations and we were assured it would be kept separated and dropped at two locations. Our price included two stops at two destinations within five miles. When the Green Like truck arrived at my elderly parents home (supposed to be just a small stop to drop a few boxes off) multiple boxes fell out of the truck when the movers opened the truck door. The boxes had all been mixed together and they refused to take anything to the second stop (where it actually pretty much all needed to go.) They claimed that I had paid a broker for a second stop and not them so they weren’t responsible for it.
