Two of the movers were efficient and quick. One was lazy, but to his credit, it was an apartment on the third floor and he was a big man. He was breathing very hard when he did bring things upstairs. I also found the same man talking on the phone after I hadn't seen him for quite a while. He hinted to me about tips, which made me feel obligated to tip, which I did. They broke one thing by accident, but didn't charge me for the 30 min of extra time in exchange for a 5 star review, which he insisted I do in front of him. I am changing now to reflect the truth.

Let me start with the positive side, my sales rep in Miami, Eli, was very nice in our first meeting and promise me the world! Delivery complete one week prior to original date.

Now lets talk about the real deal. I'm used to move around a lot, national and internationally so I know what to expect. When sales rep show up at my house I told him MULTIPLE times what i was looking for: FULL service packing, UNPACKING, remove all boxes, insurence. I mention about my pregnancy and how i couldn't do any lifting. And i would pay extra to have full service. I didn't want any surprises! He mention few times no hidden cost.

Between first meeting until packing day I realized insurance was not included (hidden cost) but he sent me the quote for insurance and I agreed. He asked me to call couple insurance company but I mention I would not have time. Pass forward to moving...
