Had a great customer service experience with Green Angel Cleaning. My family was moving in May and my husband decided I should call Green Angel Cleaning and get a deep cleaning so the house we were selling would be more appealing to potential buyers. I spoke with Bill who was so nice and friendly on the phone that I actually felt like we were old friends. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a few days out. In the meantime, my husband decided I should deep clean the house myself. I was QUITE embarrassed to call Bill back and cancel my appointment, as we had chatted for probably 10-15 minutes during our first conversation and I was actually looking forward to meeting Bill. I apologized and Bill was so sweet and professional about the whole thing. He said it happens so don’t feel badly.
