Grace A Child USA Academy

This childcare center is one of the most beautiful well put together center in the while New River Valley. My daughter frequently drops in for care and is excited to go! The cleanliness of the facility especially during COVID has been exceptional. My child comes home talking about her day, what she has learned and all the fun she had. As a mom it makes my heart burst with joy knowing that she is having fun and being cared for all at the same time. If you want high quality childcare Grace A Child is the best place to come!

As a retired educator, I knew my grandchild was getting excellent care and a very good education at Grace A Child. Miss Lucy instilled a curiosity and enthusiasm in her students that is so essential in piquing their interests in things and in life!
I know I felt my grandchild was bright ( don’t all grandparents?), but it was confirmed the other day when she had her kindergarten assessment. She was asked how high she could count. She enthusiastically stated she could easily count to 100- the assessor said let’s just try to 20. My grandchild smiled brightly and did so. She excelled at each task that was presented to her. We accredit much of this to the staff, the guidance and the demeanor of Grace A Child!

My son has been coming here since he was 12 weeks old and at 2.5 years old he still loves it. I’m completely comfortable leaving him here every day. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The fact that he runs in there in the morning tells me so much!

My daughter lives going to “school” everyday!! Everyone has been so caring & awesome with her!! She is talking more, singing, & is always happy when I pick hers up. I know she is being well taken care of .

Grace A Child is a GREAT place. My granddaughter is learning so much and has so much fun with all her school friends. Highly recommend😍

This school has been a great life saver for my granddaughter she is learning her colors and talking so much now. Life is a struggle for her at times but there I know she is loved and well take care of. The staff is great and so friendly. Looking forward to many more years of her going there.

I still have nightmares about working there. Quit due to overworked, understaffed and tyrannical owner. Seems it hasn't gotten better.

I used radford branch. I loved the girls there so for them I would give them 5 stars. However, for Donna, I wouldn’t give one star for her. She is not a understanding person. She is very judgmental. The very first day I brought my children there she looked at me and said “Have you received your card yet” meaning social services card for child care assistance. I’m not bashing assistance in anyway. I was not on any kind of assistance and it was very Judgmental of her to ask that. Secondly I would not recommend letting them have bank account information. I just had a unauthorized amount automatically taken out of my bank account without any notice or phone call not only once but twice. She claims to be a Christian woman, are you kidding me??! All she cares about is getting that money whether or not if it puts you in a financial bind. Child care is expensive, I understand fully that it...
