ABSOLUTELY LOVE Grace a child. My oldest attended when she was 2 up until she graduated the pre k class! She still to this day talks about how she loved and missed Mrs. Lucy! She does such an amazing job with the children, I have never seen a teacher go above and beyond for kids as she does! She played a huge role in where my daughter stands academically! I couldn’t be more happier with the job she did with my daughter as well as the other teacher who’s helped get her ready for the next classes. Now we have returned with my infant. Returning with another child I must say I am still VERY happy with the way she has been treated. We absolutely LOVE Mrs. Tammy and Mrs. Amanda! As well as the other teacher that come threw the infant room. When my daughter arrives in the morning she is all smiles and excited. Best daycare around hands down! We appreciate everything you guys do!

My kids and family have been part of this organization for years. They’ve always seemed a little unorganized on the business side where the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing but the kids like it there. My family gets assistance for daycare cost and we had been paying a differential for a long time. In October 2022 I received a notice that because the assistance went up we were no longer having to pay a differential. Then in April of 2023 I receive a notice about the biannual supply fee which we always pay but due to finances I wasn’t able to pay it until right on the due date. Well, a few days before the due date they sent me a notice saying they were going to add a fee to it unless it was paid and they were going to suspend my two children from coming there. Not very “Grace” like if you ask me and way to twist people’s arms when nothing was even due yet! So I pay it...

Do not recommend! They don't follow policy at all!

When I first took my child to GAC-Radford they were great and supportive of our current situation. As time went on I found that the teachers and leaders were under educated on milestones and normalized behaviors for toddlers. I became concerned when I heard them call a toddler a malicious aggressor for normalize learned behaviors at the daycare. I watched them isolate my child frequently for behaviors that were learned there, as he is an only child in our home. I watched as other child who resembled the same behaviors as him were not corrected the same as him, and often times he was placed in time out for having a reaction to an action that happened to him. I felt two teachers were working well with him and the other two frequently looked over whelmed and unable to control their own emotions. I would not recommend GAC-Radford.

The director of Radford GAC, Mrs. Eboni is wonderful at her job and such a sweet lady. She has been understanding of our situation since day 1 with Grace A Child. All of the teachers, lunch lady Ms Karen, and directors we have had interactions with are professional and nice. I 100% feel like my child is safe at all times while being in their care. If you're looking for professional and reliable child care I recommend Radford Grace A Child!
