Jason was amazing to work with. He listened and worked with my every need and wish. My floor is beautiful and I had great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again. I priced out 3 companies, they were right in the middle with a great price - they did not cut any corners to ensure I was pleased.

I will absolutely use this company again if I have a flooring need. Sawyer Woodworth came out to give me a quote without me feeling like I was being pushed for a sale. He was helpful in choosing the carpet and didn't try to push me into something more than what I wanted. I had an air conditioning install go wrong that created a need for new carpeting, and he worked with my insurance company to help make the whole process go smoothly. He also guided me as to when the install should take place when I asked him if I should have the carpet put down before or after the other repairs. He was extremely responsive through the whole thing. The installers that came out were also wonderful. They were very nice and they really cared about the quality of their work. We were under a tight time crunch and looking at replacing really rough carpet at our new office location. The team came out quoted an extremely fair price, provided beautiful options, and pulled and installed same week. Great job and highly recommend.

I recently had new carpet put in our house. Jason helped us pick out beautiful carpet. The guys came out and installed the carpet and did a great job. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend anyone use them.

Our interior designer recommended Gotcha Covered Floorcovering. We are very glad we listened to her. Their installers were professional, on time and did an excellent job. It was necessary to remove old tile, move appliances and install the new tile. They did a fantastic job and transformed the space. I highly recommend them!
