I was directed to a large home repair service by my insurance company when a pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded the floor. After 8 weeks haggling on price and no kitchen floor I fired the original contractor and called Gotcha Covered Floor Covering off a local recommendation. Sawyer and his team were AMAZING. It took less than 10 days from the first phone call to get a quote, pick a product, and have it installed. Would have likely been faster were we not coordinating around the holiday. The crew they sent did a beautiful job and worked with me to make some design changes mid-project. They quoted 3 days and were done in 1.5(minus painting). After reading all the great reviews I decided to give this company a try. I was hoping that I would also share my wonderful experience but it was the complete opposite. I am very disappointed with everything. I got the worst crew to install our carpet and I rather not go into much detail of what they did but.. I had to stop them from throwing our old carpet out the windows from our 2 story house. How unprofessional!! I will never use them again, or recommend them to anyone I know. Read more >
