Bob responded to my inquiry the same day and came out within a day or two to give me an estimate. It was very fair and his crew was able to complete the job within a week after the initial meeting. They removed the old fence, installed a 6ft privacy, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We had a pretty good experience with Good Neighbor Fence. A few small hiccups along the way resulted in a 4 instead of 5 stars. Materials apparently took a long time to come in so our install was delayed a few weeks longer than we hoped, but once they got there the fence went up with no issues and looks good. The only real issue was more of a miscommunication regarding removing sections of fence for tree removal after the install was completed. Bob was good and responsive and gave a decent estimate for the repair job that I needed (including 2 gates). It wasn't a huge project, but he made sure to fit me in. The team did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond and even helped with a bit of landscaping (uneven ground that caused the fence to fall in the first place) and the new gates work great! I'd recommend this local team!
