I got 6 quotes for replacing almost 300 feet of wood fencing. Three were bunched together at the low end, and three others were up to 40% higher. Good Neighbor was in the low-price group.

Mr Stewart was very clear about the design, location, schedule, and pricing. Reading reviews, I saw the Good Neighbor hands down had the best reviews, and among the best prices, so I went with them.

He began work exactly when he said he would. The crew was polite and efficient and built a lovely fence in two days, cleaning up behind themselves and leaving nothing behind but a great fence.

Ours is a 4' fence with three rails and wire backing. There are two gates: 8' double and 10' double. One of these is on a slight hill, and was custom built to the lay of the land for an excellent fit and great appearance. Read more >
