Overall a perfect experience. They removed my old fence and installed the new vinyl privacy fence the same day. Very quick and reliable communication throughout the process as well. I felt the quote was fair especially after seeing numbers from competitors. I'll definitely use them again for future projects!

Holy CANOLI! This was our first time purchasing a fence. We were a little anxious going into it, not being super educated on the process. Cheryl was out first point of contact and she is fantastic! She is so personable and accommodating. Wyn came out and estimated the property and was able to give me exactly what we wanted. The crew that came out to our home were friendly, experts, and FAST. We had almost an acre of land fenced in and they did it in a few hours. We could not recommend Good Neighbor Fence highly enough! USE THEM.

They came and set up my fence fast, in one day. I am extremely pleased with the result and our dogs are so very happy! There was a misunderstanding about the gate type but was fixed immediately without any hassle. 100% recommend!

From the very first phone call all the way through installation this company has been wonderful to work with. I would recommend Good Neighbor Fence.
My only complaint is the difficulty in communicating with them to set up appointments. It took way too long to set up an appointment to view the damage to my fence and then to get the quote for repairs. It was very frustrating.
Once that was finally accomplished everything went smoothly and the repairs were completed when specified.

Great experience with Cheryl from start to finish, and all of the team members. Everyone answered my questions and communicated extremely well. I would choose this company again for my future projects, based on the level of quality and service received.

I recently communicated some concerns regarding a potential issue with the fence. Shane the owner, not only accepted full accountability for the potential of a problem; he at his own expense, engaged the appropriate expert to provide me with data that I needed. And I must admit that no problem existed. Shane and his company represent quality, accountability and a customer centric attitude that is rarely seen with contractors today.
